How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer?
We recommend booking your wedding photographer 9–18 months in advance, especially for popular spring, summer, and fall wedding dates. Booking early helps ensure your preferred date is available.
How many hours of photography coverage do we need?
Most couples choose between 6 and 10 hours of coverage, depending on whether they want preparations, the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and grand exit documented.
Do you photograph engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions are a great opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera while creating beautiful photos for save-the-dates, wedding websites, or invitations.
How many photos will we receive?
The number of edited images varies by package and wedding length, but most couples receive several hundred professionally edited, high-resolution photos that tell the complete story of their day.
Will our images be edited?
Absolutely. Every delivered image is professionally color corrected, exposure balanced, and edited to ensure a polished, timeless look.
Do you bring backup equipment?

Can you help us create a wedding day photography timeline?
Absolutely. We work with you before your wedding to create a photography timeline that allows plenty of time for portraits while keeping your day relaxed and stress-free.
Do you work with videographers?
Yes. We frequently work alongside professional videographers and coordinate throughout the day to ensure both teams capture every important moment without getting in each other's way.
What happens if it rains?
We're prepared for all weather conditions. We can utilize indoor locations, covered outdoor spaces, or create beautiful rainy-day portraits when appropriate.
Do we receive printing rights?
Yes. Your final gallery includes high-resolution images with personal printing rights, allowing you to print and share your memories.
Can family photo requests be accommodated?
Of course. Before your wedding, we'll help you create a family portrait list to ensure everyone important is included efficiently.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A signed contract and retainer secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due before your wedding day.
